Awning & Casement Windows repair questions

Yes – usually a strip-and-grease, sometimes a new winder gear if the teeth are worn. We carry OEM replacements for AWS, Truth, and most generic gears.

Yes – pocket glass replacement. We remove the sash, replace the glass to AS2208/AS1288 spec, and re-bead. Usually a single-visit job.

Hardware repairs are usually 1–2 hours per window. Glass replacement is 1–3 days depending on glass spec.

Yes – 12 months workmanship, plus manufacturer warranty on parts.

Yes. We carry parts for most major brands and can fabricate non-standard components in-house.
