Slim 50mm or 102mm extender frame, flyscreens in head and sill.

A residential favourite. Single or double sashes, sliding on quad rollers with sill drainage and full flyscreens. 50mm slim frame for retro-fit, or 102mm extender for a deeper reveal.

    In-house install crew. Old units removed, new units fitted, levelled, packed, weather-sealed and tested.

    Walk-through with you. Operation, glazing alignment, weather-seal, finishes - all checked. Site cleaned, off-cuts taken away.

FAQ

Common sliding window questions

A standard 1–3 window single-day install is typical for most houses. Whole-of-house packages take 2–4 days depending on access. We’ll always give you a per-job schedule with the quote.

Yes – every window is custom-made at our South Windsor facility. We’ll measure your opening and manufacture to fit, including non-standard heritage and architectural sizes.

The base 504 series is single-glazed by default but compatible with double glazing. For serious thermal performance, the ComfortEDGE 753 or ThermalHEART range gives up to 33% better energy performance vs single glazing.

Yes. Workmanship is warrantied for 12 months. The window assembly carries the AGWA member-supplier warranty, typically 7–10 years on hardware and 10+ years on the frame.

Track and roller maintenance is the main thing. We supply care notes on completion – wipe tracks free of grit twice a year, light silicone spray on the rollers, replace weather seals every 5–7 years if you notice draughts.
