    Walk-through with you. Hardware, lock cycle, weather-seal and finishes all checked. Site cleaned, off-cuts taken away.

Common bi-fold door questions

A 3-panel residential bi-fold is typically a one-day install. 5+ panel architectural systems (especially top-hung) can take 2 days. Manufacture lead-time is usually 6–10 weeks.

Modern aluminium bi-folds with multi-point locking and proper compression seals perform very well. The ThermalHEART Series 730 with double glazing is the highest-performing option in our range.

Yes – every bi-fold is fabricated to your opening. Number of panels, fold direction, primary/secondary lead-door, all customisable.

Absolutely. Cafés, restaurants and retail premises love the indoor-outdoor flexibility. We can specify commercial-grade hardware and security latching.

Bottom track and rollers (or top runner on top-hung systems) need annual cleaning. Light silicone spray on the rollers every 12 months. Replace weather seals every 5–7 years.
